Where are the Lost and Found offices located in Kazan Expo?
The Lost and Found offices are located at the information desks in clusters A, B, C, and D, at the accreditation centre and storage rooms. To learn more, please find a detailed map of Kazan Expo on the Venue map page and in the official mobile app.
Where are the storage rooms located in Kazan Expo?
The storage rooms are located at every gate: Gate 1 (G1), Gate 2 (G2), Gate 3 (G3), and Gate 4 (G4) (at the Aeroexpress station on the second floor right next to the exit from the platform). What should I do if I have lost/found a personal item at Kazan Expo?
Please report any lost/found items to the nearest information desk at Kazan Expo: 3 desks are located in cluster A (blocks 1-3), 2 desks in cluster B, 2 desks in cluster C, 1 desk in cluster D, 1 desk in the information tent near the accreditation centre, and 1 desk at the accreditation centre (located on the 2nd floor of the Main International Centre at 35, Universiade Village). You can also report a lost/found item to Lost.found@dspkazan.com.
How can I get to the Kazan Arena Stadium?
On the days of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, the roads leading to the venue will be temporarily closed, so it is recommended to abstrain from driving personal vehicles. From 16:00 to 18:30, a free shuttle will run from the Kozya Sloboda metro station to the Kazan Arena Stadium.
Can I bring food and beverages to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies? (Kazan Arena Stadium)
Visitors to the Kazan Arena Stadium are not allowed to bring in any food; allowed are beverages in originally sealed plastic bottles under 500 ml.
