Their reprint or quotation in the media is only permitted if the Website is acknowledged as the source of the information. The use of photo, audio and video materials as well as other audiovisual and graphic content available on this Website is allowed only with written permission from ANO “Directorate for Sports and Social Projects”.

All materials posted on the Website's Downloads section, including photo, audio and video materials as well as other audiovisual and graphic content are generally available and open to the public exclusively for non-commercial (personal, informational, educational, research and similar) purposes of promotion, preparation, and implementation of the WorldSkills Kazan 2019. 

The change of materials, including their alteration, distortion and revision, is not allowed.

The use of materials is allowed only with written permission from ANO “Directorate for Sports and Social Projects”, according to the contracts signed.

In case of the use of the section's materials in other ways, ANO “Directorate for Sports and Social Projects reserves the right to demand that the violator is held civilly, administratively or criminally liable in accordance with the existing legislation.

Procedure for the introduction of amendments to the rules

ANO “Directorate for Sports and Social Projects” is entitled, at any time, to make unilateral changes to the rules of this section.
