Accreditation
Registration in the WorldSkills Kazan 2019 (WSK2019) Accreditation System was mandatory for all participants of the Competition.
Upon successful registration a participant received:
- an accreditation certificate which gave its holder the right to cross the border of the Russian Federation during the period between 7 August 2019 and 7 September 2019 without additional visa application;
- an accreditation badge providing access to the functions and services at the Competition venues in accordance with the paid package.
Accreditation badges were provided to the participants who had duly and successfully undergone the registration procedure in the WSK2019 Accreditation System.
Accreditation badges were to be issued upon presenting the original valid passports (registered in the WSK2019 Accreditation System).
Each accreditation centre was dedicated to serve certain client groups.

Accreditation badges were required in order to be accommodated in the WorldSkills Village.

all client groups residing in hotels, Delegation Members (Experts, Chief Experts and Deputy Chief Experts, Interpreters, Observers and Official Observers), Future Competition Organizers, Global Partners and WSK2019 Partners, Conference Participants, Exhibitors, Media

Badges were issued only to duly authorized representatives of the organizations (appointed for the registration procedure) upon presentation of power of attorney and copies of valid passports.
The badges were not issued individually to each person.
