Arrival and departure
During the period from 13 August to 1 September 2019, the Competition Organizer provided meet and greet services to the Competition guests and participants 24/7, according to the schedule of arrivals and departures.
The official points of arrival and departure for the WorldSkills Kazan 2019 participants were:
- Kazan International Airport;
- Kazan-1 Railway Station;
- Kazan-2 Railway Station.
In addition, during the Competition, hospitality services were rendered at transit airports of the Moscow air hub:
- Sheremetyevo International Airport;
- Domodedovo Moscow Airport;
- Vnukovo International Airport;
In order to facilitate the arrival and departure procedure and to provide transfer from the airport or railway stations to the places of accommodation, the Competition Organizer's info desks operated 24/7 at the above-mentioned points of arrival and departure during the period from 13 August to 1 September 2019.
The Competition Organizer provided meet and greet services only at the above-mentioned official points of arrival and departure and transit airports of Moscow.
The 45th WorldSkills Competition was registered in the SkyTeam Global Meetings system (SkyTeam Global Meetings), allowing the guests and participants to use discounted rates for air flights to and from Kazan.
