Visitor information

On the Competition days, visitors could choose one of the following options to get to the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre:

shuttle buses from intercept parking lots and Kazan entertainment sites (free);
train from the Kazan-1 Railway Station (RUB 40);
taxi (about RUB 600-700*);
personal vehicle.

*Fares depended on the service provider.

Shuttle service

Dedicated shuttles departed from intercept parking areas and went without stops for a faster transfer to Kazan Expo. The shuttles departed from the parking areas at:

MEGA Mall (141 Prospekt Pobedy);
Leroy Merlin (174 Orenburgsky Trakt);
Dubravnaya metro station.

Shuttle timetable from intercept parking areas:

23 August: 09:30 – 15:30 (every hour).
24, 25, 26 August: 08:30 – 15:30 (every hour).

Shuttle timetable from Kazan Expo:

23 August: 11:00 – 17:00 (every hour), 17:30.
24, 25, 26 August: 10:00 – 17:00 (every hour), 17:30.

At Kazan Expo, the visitor pick-up/drop-off area was located at Gate 3 (G3).

Shuttle service for visitors was also arranged from Kazan entertainment sites:

Gorkinsko-Ometyevsky Forest (Chishmyale bus stop);
Gorky Central Park of Culture and Leisure (parking lot near McDonald's, Korston Hotel);
Baumana Street (Ploshchad Tukaya bus stop).

On the Competition days, visitors could also use train service to get from the Kazan-1 Railway Station to the Kazan International Airport.

Personal vehicle

Visitors could leave their personal vehicles at parking areas located outside the territory of Kazan Expo. To find these parking areas, they needed to follow the road signs along the route. At the parking areas, visitors could transfer to shuttle vans taking them to a special visitor entrance at Kazan Expo. Shuttle vans ran only during the Competition days from 08:00 to 20:00.
