Distribution of baby strollers
Each visitor with a little child could borrow a baby stroller if they had not brought one with them. This service was available during the working hours of the venue.
To borrow a baby stroller, one needed to produce their free ticket and passport.
The main restaurant for visitors was located on the third floor of Cluster A. Apart from this restaurant, there were small food courts and vending machines with food and drinks in all the clusters.
Cash or non-cash payment was available. All transactions were carried out in rubles.
Medical teams were always on duty at the venue. If necessary, each visitor could ask for medical assistance. Medical services were delivered by mobile medical teams or at medical posts (their location was marked on the venue map).
Prayer rooms intended for four religions (Islam, Orthodox Christianity, Catholicism, and Buddhism) were available during working hours of the venue. They were located on the first and second floors of Cluster A (entrance A1 behind the escalator).
Visitors could obtain up-to-date information on the venue, services, and skill areas at the information desks of the venue.
In addition, one could also return found items or file a claim for tracking lost items there.
Lost and Found
If visitors lost their things at the competition venues, they could inform information desk or storage room staff about lost items in order to search for them in the Lost and Found system.
If the item was not found in the system, visitors could write a lost property report at an information desk or storage rooms.
To feel comfortable while visiting the competition venues, visitors could leave their large-sized items, umbrellas, big bags, and other possessions at storage rooms.
Working hours of storage rooms were as follows:
- 23 August – from 08:00 to 19:00
- 24 August – from 08:00 to 19:00
- 25 August – from 08:00 to 19:00
- 26 August – from 08:00 to 19:00
Free Wi-Fi was available at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre. Access was granted via SMS authentication during the first network connection.
