On 16 November, the WorldSkills Flag Relay took place in Volgograd. Volgograd Economic and Technical School, where the WorldSkills Russia Union Regional Coordination Center is located, hosted competition mascots Almaz and Altyn. Participants and Experts received regional competition certificates from their hands. Moreover, the flag visited Volgograd Medical College and Volgograd Construction Technical School.  

WorldSkills Kazan 2019 was presented during the Closing Ceremony of the 4th Regional Competition “Young Professionals” in Volgograd Oblast.
