The WorldSkills flag welcome ceremony took place in Belgium on 1 July. This was the 15th stop of the Relay.

The event was held in Brussels in the lead-up to the upcoming EuroSkills Competition. The capital of Belgium played stage to the WorldSkills Competitions in 1958 and 1969. During the Ceremony, logo patches from these Competitions were added to the WorldSkills flag.
