Ford Sollers JV

Ford Sollers is a joint venture between Ford Motor Company and PJSC SOLLERS with the latter holding the controlling interest.

Ford Sollers is a Russian company fully integrated into the Russian economy. Today, Ford Sollers produces at its plant a lineup of Ford Transit commercial vehicle and a wide range of its derivatives for social and special needs.

Ford Transit is produced at Ford Sollers plant in the special economic zone “Alabuga” (SEZ “Alabuga”, Yelabuga, Tatarstan) in full cycle including welding and painting. Each Ford vehicle manufactured in Russia meets the highest quality control within the international standards of Ford Motor Company.

Ford Sollers JV continues to meet warranty and service requirements, including original spare parts supply, for existing and future owners of all Ford-branded vehicles purchased in Russia.
