During the competition, the following soft skills are evaluated: project team management, communication skills, project (programme) management, public speaking, and effective presentation.

Project development includes the following stages: forming an effective team, project solution development (concept, roadmap, design and technological documentation, financial model, production plan, HR strategy, marketing policy, risk management), and project presentation.
