On 23 November, the WorldSkills Flag Relay reached Surgut and took place during the 4th Regional Competition “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills) of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra. Deputy Director of the Young Professionals Union Regional Development Agency, Lyudmila Ivanyuk, and Deputy Director – Head of Continuous Professional Training and Science Bureau of Education and Youth Policy Department, Alexander Gomzyak, took part in the ceremony.
