The WorldSkills Flag Relay reaches Atlanta city in the United States of America. In a Flag Relay ceremony which is held in terms of Closing Ceremony of State Leadership & Skills Conference at Georgia International Convention Centre the previous WorldSkills Competition in Atlanta (1981) is remembered, and a patch from this Competition is added to the WorldSkills flag.

The international leg of the WorldSkills Flag Relay started on March 12 in Madrid, Spain, where skills competitions began in 1950. The event in Atlanta, USA, is the fourth stop of the international section of the flag relay.
