Gulnaz Kadyrova: “No women? No success for the 4IR”

Conference

05.07.2019, 09:25

Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Gulnaz Kadyrova will participate in the WorldSkills Conference 2019.

Women are gaining more power worldwide, including in Russia, and this has a strategic impact on sustainable development of our society in general.

“I do not expect others to be indulgent to me, and I am a self-demanding person myself. At work, there is no place for differentiation between men and women”, tells the headline speaker of the session Gulnaz Kadyrova about herself.

“No women? No success for the 4IR”. Since women account for half of the entire labour pool of the planet. The global economy forces them to reach their full economic potential, and speakers of the “women’s session” will share their opinions on possible solutions to the issue. Other speakers include Jayshree Seth, Corporate Scientist and Chief Science Advocate, 3M, Neil Bentley-Gockmann, CEO, WorldSkills UK, and Amelia Addis, Regional Representative for ASEAN/Oceania, WS Champions Trust, and Founder of Botanica.
