Hairdressing refers to the service sector. This industry is developing consistently and constantly and it uses a wide range of hair care products. With regard to professional skills, hairdressers offer a wide range of services, including haircuts, colouring, styling, and chemical treatments; they work with wig-making products and hair extensions, and provide various types of hair care.

Hairdressers can have a specialization, for example, be a master of men’s or women’s hairstyles, or be a colourist. In any case, they must have good management and communication skills, care about their customers, be able to analyse hair types, and work with cosmetics according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
