DMG MORI supports seven skills at WorldSkills Kazan 2019

Leading machine tool manufacturer DMG MORI will support seven skill competitions at WorldSkills Kazan 2019: CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Manufacturing Team Challenge, Plastic Die Engineering, Mechanical Reverse Engineering, Rapid Prototyping, and Digital Factory.

DMG MORI has been engaged as Global Industry Partner of WorldSkills International since 2016. The company has also been General Strategic Partner of WorldSkills Russia since 2013.

Over these years, the company has consistently expanded its activities in training of participating competitors. As a Global Industry Partner, DMG MORI not only continues to improve the excellent results of competitors, as demonstrated in past WorldSkills competitions, but also promotes training of specialists at the international level at the DMG MORI Academy.

WorldSkills Kazan 2019

The 45th WorldSkills Competition – the main international event of 2019 in Russia – will take place in Kazan on 22-27 August 2019. More than 1,300 Competitors from 63 countries and regions will compete in 56 skills.

Kazan won the right to host the Competition in 2015 having been ahead of other WorldSkills International member countries after voting. The WorldSkills Russia movement embraces all 85 Russian regions and is one of priority vocational talent development projects.
