DELEGATION MEMBERS

Registration in the WorldSkills Kazan 2019 Accreditation System: 01.06.2018 – 22.06.2019

Registration in the WorldSkills Kazan 2019 Accreditation System is mandatory for all participants of the Competition.

Upon successful registration a participant receives:

  • an accreditation certificate which gives its holder the right to cross the border of the Russian Federation during the period between 7 August 2019 and 7 September 2019 and it doesn’t require additional visa application;
  • an accreditation badge that provides access to the Competition event venues according to the functions, and access to the services in accordance with the paid package.

Delegation members:

Competitor, Expert, Chief Expert, Deputy Chief Expert, Technical Delegate, Technical Delegate Assistant, Official Delegate, Official Observer, Interpreter, Team Leader, CEO NSO, as well as Member Media (including team media liaison, team photographer), and Member Observers who are coming as a part of the delegation.

Description of the accreditation procedure

Each delegation nominates a responsible person to register all members of the delegation in the WorldSkills Kazan 2019 Accreditation System. The responsible person fulfills a Skill Entry Form selecting participating skills and positions, as well as the Individual Entry Forms (indicating personal information) for each member of the delegation.

The registration procedure should be completed within the deadlines indicated in the Registration deadlines section.

Registration deadlines:

The registration process in the WorldSkills Kazan 2019 Accreditation System consists of several stages listed below. Every stage is mandatory and should be completed within the given deadlines.

Provisional registration of the delegation

Responsible person indicates skills the delegation is planning to participate in and number of participants involved in each skill.
Registration deadline: 22.08.2018

Pre-registration of the delegation

Responsible person indicates names of the participants assigned to the certain positions.
Registration deadline: 22.04.2019

Booking the packages

Booking and payment for packages (accommodation and other services provided within the package).
Start of the package booking process: 15.11.2018 Deadline: 22.04.2019

Individual entry forms of delegation members*

Responsible person submits the personal information about each member of the delegation, uploads photographs in accordance with the requirements for the accreditation.
Registration deadline: 22.06.2019

* Please note that incomplete or inappropriately filled forms will not be accepted by the WorldSkills Kazan 2019. To submit the Individual Entry Form to please change the "Draft" status to the "Submitted" (by clicking on the corresponding icon in the lower right corner of the Individual Entry Form). You can monitor the status of the individual entry form in the Accreditation System account.

Accreditation centre and delivery of accreditation badges

The accreditation badge is issued upon successful registration in the WorldSkills Kazan 2019 Accreditation System ("Active" status of the individual entry form). The information about the process of receiving the accreditation badges will be available at later stages of the registration.
