In order to participate in Competition Preparation Week 2019 that will be held in Kazan in January 2019 (hereinafter referred to as CPW2019) the registration in the Accreditation System is mandatory for all participants.
Upon successful registration a participant receives an accreditation badge that provides access to the CPW2019 event venues, services according to the functions and in accordance with the paid package.
Member delegations include:
Technical Delegate, Technical Delegate Assistant, Official Delegate, Official Observers, and Member Observers including CEO NSO and Interpreters.
The registration for WorldSkills Kazan 2019 and CPW2019 are handled as separate events within the same Accreditation System. The Registration contact from the delegation (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator) receives a different login and password for their CPW2019 delegation account.

The registration of Member Delegations consists of the following mandatory stages:
25 September - 26 October 2018 — The Administrator identifies in the Accreditation System the name* of the people who will attend and books the CPW2019 packages for the members of their delegation.
*Please note that you need to create an Individual Entry Form with minimum fields and function entered before booking a package.
25 September-01 December 2018 — Registration of Individual Entry Forms of delegation members*, uploading photographs in accordance with the requirements and submitting the data**.
**Please note that incomplete or inappropriately filled forms will not be accepted by WSK2019. To submit the Individual Entry Form to WSK2019 please change the status from “Draft” or “Submitted to Administrator” to “Submitted” (by clicking on the corresponding icon in the lower right corner of the Individual Entry Form). WSK2019 reserves the right to decline the entry form without explaining reasons. You can monitor the status of the Individual Entry Form in the personal account.
Once the Administrator of the account (the Registration Contact from your organization) fills out minimum information and presses “To open access” button, the CPW2019 participant receives an automatic email with login and password, and then fills out the Individual Entry Form through the individual account. CPW2019 participants should fill in personal information, upload their photo and a scanned copy of their passport and change the profile’s status to “Submitted to Administrator”. Incomplete or inappropriately filled forms will not be accepted by WSK2019.
